A smaller thing, and a bigger thing. Not a cheaper version of the same thing.
The Thinking Robot sells two services. One answers a single phone line and stops at a deliberate boundary. One runs your entire intake operation. This page exists so you can tell, in one read, which conversation you should be having.
Hear what your own line sounds like after hours — no call, no obligation. It is a listen, not a measurement.
Run the Recon →Stops the leak on one line. One agent, one number, booking into your calendar. Month to month.
Runs the whole intake operation. Multiple lines and locations, integrated with your patient system. Per Order Form.
Side by side.

The one line that separates them.
First Watch captures the lead. It just doesn't type it into your patient database. The caller is answered, qualified, confirmed, booked. The appointment lands in your calendar; the details land in your inbox. What does not happen: a write into the patient record. Someone on your team does that — and when you want it flowing in automatically, that is Standing Watch.
What First Watch won't fix.
Missed appointments and last-minute cancellations are real and they are expensive — and First Watch does not solve them. Fixing them takes recall campaigns, reminder sequences and waitlist backfill, all of which reach back out to people who have already been in the chair. That is outbound, and First Watch does no outbound at all. That capability is Standing Watch.
We would rather be the vendor who tells you what this does not do.
You own the asset. We run the tools.
At First Watch the number is yours, on your own account, in your name; the calendar is yours; every summary and transcript was delivered to your inbox as it happened. There is nothing to migrate, because we never held your patient records in the first place.
And the smaller service does not come with smaller protections: same BAA, same encryption, same five-business-day breach notice, same six-year audit logs, same insurance — at both tiers, word for word.
First Watch and Standing Watch are not currently offered in Illinois or Washington.
