Discretion

What we hold, and what we refuse to.

Every agent we build answers a phone on behalf of a business whose callers expect to be handled carefully. This is the standard all of them run under, written plainly, because a handling standard nobody can read is not a standard.

Your logs are yours

Every call leaves a transcript and a structured record. They belong to you, you can read them, and you can take them with you. We do not keep a shadow copy to learn from.

Nothing trains anything

No call content is used to train a model — not ours, not a vendor's. What a caller tells your agent is used to serve that caller and then it sits in your records.

No voiceprints. Not now, not as an upgrade.

We do not record or match anyone's voice for identification, on any build. We declined that capability outright rather than manage it, because biometric consent law varies state to state and we would rather not be in that business at all. Where you want returning callers recognised, we match on phone number through your CRM and price it separately.

Built to collect less, where less is right

An intake agent is not automatically better for asking more. The executive protection line is the clearest case: it refuses principal identities, addresses, itineraries, threat specifics and current arrangements, and it tells the caller it is refusing them. Restraint is a design decision, not an omission.

Volunteered information does not become a record

If a caller gives an agent something it was built not to hold, it is not repeated back and it does not reach the record. We test this on every build by trying to hand the agent exactly what it should refuse.

Least data, enforced in the schema

Each agent has a required-field schema. It cannot file an inquiry without the handful of fields a callback actually needs, and it is never asked for the ones it does not. The limits live in the wiring, not only in the instructions.

A Business Associate Agreement on every medical build

Executed at onboarding, on every tier. No medical deployment goes live without one. The other verticals inherit the same handling even where no regulation requires it.

Every agent says what it is

In its first sentence, unprompted. No agent we build claims to be a person, and none of them will let a caller hang up believing they spoke to one.

This came from medicine, and it stayed.

The first builds were aesthetic, surgical and longevity practices, under the rules a clinic actually has to follow. It would have been easy to loosen the handling once the work moved to hangars and marinas. We kept it, because the people a charter broker or a protection firm answers for have at least as much reason to expect it.
