Meet Your New Front Desk.
Six specialists. One infrastructure. Zero missed revenue.
Every TTR deployment is modeled on our internal fleet of purpose-built agents — tuned specifically to your tone, vertical, and clinical vocabulary. Each is a Lifelike Automation: a trained voice specialist that listens, qualifies, and books like a senior member of your team. You aren't getting a generic chatbot. You're getting a specialized squad that already understands your business, the moment it goes live.
Rosey
Your 24/7 front door. Rosey takes every inbound call, qualifies leads by intent and urgency, and books consultations directly onto your calendar. She knows the difference between a price-shopper and a serious prospect — and she sells the way a senior sales rep sells, not the way a script reads.
Nimoy
The master of complex interactions and rescheduling saves. Nimoy defuses friction, runs the back-office choreography, and keeps every existing client conversation feeling humanized. He's the agent your callers reach when something needs to actually get fixed.
Nova
Nova ensures every patient interaction is handled with clinical precision and full HIPAA-compliant protocols. She is the guardian of your practice's data integrity. Medical directors and compliance officers vet her before signing — and she answers their questions the way a senior healthcare-privacy professional would.
Aurora
Aurora speaks your wellness vertical fluently — longevity practices, hormone optimization clinics, peptide protocols, biohacking studios. She understands the clinical vocabulary, the patient psychology, and the specific intake patterns that wellness verticals demand.
Phoenix
Phoenix is the agent for advanced regenerative ortho, pain management, and stem-cell-adjacent practices. He understands MSK exosomes from aesthetic exosomes, knows when to escalate a clinical question, and books with the confidence of someone who's been in the regenerative space for a decade.
Atlas
A booking specialist for Engineering, Architecture, and General Contractor firms. Atlas handles project intake, qualified-lead routing, and complex scheduling logic — the kind that breaks generic AI receptionists. He thinks in projects and milestones, not appointments.
Every Client Gets a Custom Team.
Your business is unique — your front desk should be too.
Every client of The Thinking Robot receives a custom-tailored fleet of receptionist agents, modeled on this internal Squad architecture but tuned specifically to your industry, vertical, and clinical vocabulary. We bring the architecture; you bring the names. Your agents will sound like your practice — not like a generic chatbot wearing your logo.
We configure the right specialists, aligned to your intake patterns. We train them on your protocols, your language, and your boundaries. We deploy them inside your existing stack. And we maintain them every month, so the math keeps penciling out.
You aren't licensing software. You're commissioning bespoke infrastructure.
About the Human.
The Thinking Robot is built and run by Ed Murray, a builder and operator who has spent the last two decades designing the built environment in Architecture, and in his spare time, designing autonomous systems for high-stakes virtual environments — from technology infrastructure to medical-adjacent practices to commercial energy.
The Thinking Robot exists because Ed kept watching premium practices lose obvious money to obvious leaks. The marketing was fine. The clinical work was excellent. But the front desk went home at 5 PM, the no-show calls didn't get made, and the dormant patient list grew. Every leak was an infrastructure problem, and infrastructure problems get solved with systems.
He architects every TTR deployment personally. The Squad is the work. The math is the proof.
